The parts manufactured are from very small, usually
checked with a microscope, to about a 15” envelope.
Lathe parts range up to about 10” in diameter to .031 in diameter.

The software in use are as follows:
- Solidworks 2006
- Gibbs 2009
- Solutionware 2009
Files are brought in through with Solidworks, IGEX or DXF and transferred to either Gibbs or Solutionware for parts programming. Our data file format: IGES,PDF, DXF.
We also do direct programming from 3D models, which alleviates most questions, and eliminates dimensional mistakes made during programming from drawings. We then convert to 2D drawings at the machine level.
